I follow a commuter to berwick
Along Dandenong road I follow a silver rental car, embarrassed by my own vehicle's redness. Also, things are hard with three lanes - at one point I'm following from in front with the aid of my rear-view mirror. He zips across to the left then down onto the freeway. The speed-limit climbs; the traffic thins. I wonder if we'll end up in Warragul. Eventually he exits then climbs to a housing estate where the streets become Places and Crescents. I've never been to Berwick before. I check the directory to confirm that it's within the "outer suburban taxi boundary." Just.
